What I… Lerato Bambo from SimpLee B

This week I’m interviewing Lerato Bambo, a South African blogger, marketer, beauty connoisseur and “travelette”.

Her blog lifefromabag.com is a digital destination for those who appreciate beauty and travel. She loves to inspire people to not only wonder what lies beyond their immediate horizon, but to go out and seek new experiences, which is why her posts include great travel tips on visa-free destinations for South Africans!

Welcome Lerato…

What I…

Know:

Life isn’t a math equation. Sometimes things don’t add up. There are ups and downs and that make us who we are.

Love:

I’m all about spreading love. After all my name means love. Lately I also only do things that make me happy and I want to make a positive contribution to others.

Read:

I just finished reading The Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella and now I plan on reading The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night at a Time by Arianna Huffington.

Want:

A new phone and plane ticket to NYC for my birthday month.

Wear:

I wish I lived on an island so I could wear flip flops and a bikini everyday.

Need:

A new challenge. After quitting my job and traveling for 6 months, I’m currently trying to figure out if I should immigrate, volunteer again at another orphanage in another country, or stay home and work in SA.

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for almost 7 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
