What I… Imka Bester from Glamorous Glitter

It’s Wednesday which means its time for another What I… blogger interview. This week we meet Imka Bester, a lifestyle blogger who writes over at Glamorous Glitter

During the day she is a SEO copywriter and PR account manager. She loves her pugs, a relaxing Friday night in, hanging with her family and fiance, pretty dresses, lipstick and flip flops.

She started Glamorous Glitter on a whim and it has become the place she goes to to unwind and tell the world about her findings and musings – posts cover makeup, DIY crafts, eating and travelling. Read on to find out more about Imka…

What I….

Know – I know that life goes on and that everything happens for a reason. Don’t sweat the small stuff (it gives you wrinkles), keep your head high, put on some red lipstick and rule the world! I know that I am where God wants me to be.

Love – So many things. God, my family, friends and my fiancé. I love learning, experiencing new things and good food. I love laughing about silly things. I love singing out loud to catchy Carly Rae Jepsen songs. I love wearing makeup. I love being me.

Read – Wedding magazines, wedding blogs and wedding websites. On occasion I will kick back with a Deon Meyer.

Want – I want to travel the world. I want to have unlimited funds. I want to eat all the food without getting fat. There’s so many things I want, but don’t need. For now, I want to be happy, every day!

Wear – I enjoy rocking a jean, t-shirt and flip flops, but when the girly girl hits me, I love to put on a skirt, a pretty blouse, pearls and heels.

Need – I don’t need much when it comes to materialistic things. I definitely need more patience and to relax more. I need to worry less. I need to learn to not sweat the small stuff that much! Maybe I (want to) need a holiday!

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
