What I….
Know:
You create your own reality!
Love:
Travelling, photography, Instagram, mushroom picking in forests (it’s a Polish tradition) and the seaside.
I love being in nature
Lying on the grass to reconnect with the earth, especially when I’ve been in the city for too long.
Read:
I love suspending my disbelief through magical realism. I started reading Haruki Murakami’s Wind Up Bird Chronicles on the ferry from Busan, South Korea to Fukuoka, Japan – I always try to read local literature when visiting a country. I have now read most of his books.
Call me a nerd, and perhaps it’s my journalistic background, but I also really enjoy reading non-fiction, especially when it comes to random facts about the natural world. I’m always like: “Did you know that…”
Want:
That’s a tough one to answer: I moved in early June and realised that I don’t need or even use half of the things I own, so I don’t want for much besides my next adventure.
There’s no country I wouldn’t want to visit and photograph! So I guess I’ll put travel, camera equipment and good health on that list!
Wear:
If I had things my way I would wear lace and crocheted clothes every day. I also love vintage, paisley, floral designs and earthy colours.
Need:
to experience the world through the eye’s of child again, with lots of curiosity.
