Inspiring Interiors: NEW at Woven Green

One of the brands I fell in love with during my Kids Room Reveal project was Woven Green.

You might have spotted their gorgeous, textured scatter cushions on each of my kids beds? I won’t lie – I’ve been totally tempted to pinch one for my own bed instead! These gorgeous cushions bring a burst of life to any living space. Made from Boucherouite rugs, each and every cushion is unique. That being said, the Woven Green girls are happy to help you pair them up if you’re looking for a duo. They’ve got some great new designs in stock so take a browse through their online store for all the newest colour combos!

Something new on the Woven Green “shelves” this season are the delightful Something Good Studio’s Art Blankets. This is an innovative brand that is all about celebrating local artistry by collaborating with SA talent. Each blanket is a an artwork that has been woven into a beautiful and versatile blanket.

Together with their collaborating illustrators and artists, they have created a bespoke range of playful, limited edition blankets. These make for great statement pieces for use in the home, picnics, sunning on the beach or to hang on the wall as art. These blankets are ethically produced in Cape Town, and the brand believes in supporting & celebrating local craftsmanship while using fibres sourced from local farmers.

I’m madly in love with Woven Green’s selection of handwoven rugs from Morocco. (As you know I’m mad about Morocco at the moment!)

For my next Room Reveal (haha the bug has bitten!) I’m eyeing out a traditional Beni Ourain (above) or maybe a modern Boucherouite (below).

The Woven Green collection of rugs is a feast for the eyes!

While styling my shoot, Lauren, brought along her own Woven Green black sheepskin to showcase in my Teen Boys Room Reveal and I totally fell in love! The cosy, warm texture of this beautiful item is exquisite and I would love to get one to complete the room for Ben. The Woven Green sheepskins are 100% Merino wool, ethically sourced and produced. These are extremely soft and are safe even for a babies room. If you’re looking to add a dash of luxurious texture to your living space this might be just the ticket!

Woven Green are also soon to be adding Linen clothes plus a few other exciting products to their range soon. Keep your eyes peeled for their arrival in the next few weeks!
