Mojo for Moms

Are you a mom that’s feeling like you’ve lost your mojo?? Then this new concept called Mojo4Moms is just for you!

Mojo4Moms is a series of workshops and talks taking place over the course of 8 weeks. Each Tuesday morning will feature an informative and insightful presentation by a well-known speaker.

This project has been conceptualized and developed by Sacha Jack, a mom who realized the impact of making positive changes in her own life and wanted to help other moms bring their own Mojo back! The concept is very similar to why I started Becoming you – I also really want to encourage Moms, and Women in general, not to forget themselves while putting the needs of everyone else first! This series is a great way to remind you (and your family!) about the importance of not neglecting the heart of the home – MOM! It stands to reason that if Mom is happy with herself and enjoying her life then the rest of the family will enjoy the benefits. If she is out of kilter or feeling down or “mojo-less” then that too will impact on everyone else! Helping Moms to rediscover certain neglected interests or parts of their life can ONLY be a good thing. These workshops aim to assist Moms to start 2013 with their Mojo intact!

The series of Mojo4Moms workshops runs from 9am – 11:30am on Tuesday mornings and starts on 16 October until 4 December 2012. The time allows for Moms to be able to drop the kids at school while still finishing in time to pick them up! Each morning looks like it will be one well spent.

Kathryn Rossiter

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
