What I…

Know,

That I’m loved by God, my family and friends.
That I speak too fast, but am quick to listen.
That my sense of humour is an acquired taste.

Love,

How God is in control.
How my wife is my best friend and biggest fan.
How my kids adore me and I adore them.
How I grow our food.
How I cook home cooked meals.
How we spend time together as a family.
How I work in design and creative industries.
How I unwind by reading, or enjoying a coffee.

Read,

Largely interior/lifestyle magazines and blogs.
Non-ficton books on business and efficiency.
The Bible.

Want,

To continue living an inspired, purpose driven life.
To be thankful daily for how blessed we are in the big and small.
To create a home that is safe, secure and filled with love.
To continue to be on the look out for adventure.

Wear,

Short sleeved collared shirts or striped T’s with cargos and havaianas.
Long sleeved lumber jack checks with jeans and converse.

Need,

My Faith
My Family
Good food and company
Dear and close friends
A garden
A home that is a place of solitude and comfort

Thanks for taking part Matt. Such a pleasure to share my online space with you here!

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
