And then make time to watch this film – Life in a Day. It is the result of thousands of video clips sent in from around the world which were all taken on one day.

Life in a Day is a historical global experiment to create a user-generated feature film, shot in a single day,July 24 2010. Participants had 24 hours to capture a glimpse of their life on camera. The most compelling and distinctive footage was edited into an experimental documentary film, produced by Ridley Scott and directed by Kevin Macdonald.

It is 1 and a half hours so you might not want to stream it via your internet and use up all your bandwidth but look out for it at the movies or your local dvd shop when it does come out. Looks like it is really worth watching.

Kathryn Rossiter

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
