What I… Liezel from Baked in the Cape

Baked in the Cape is a baking inspired food blog written by Liezel. I recently sat next to her at a Whirlpool media event and got chatting, turns out we had met previously when I was interviewed for Blogger Online Radio but probably due to my nerves at the time I don’t remember too much of our first encounter.

Anyway it was lovely to connect again and I thought you might be keen to find out more about her delicious blog and, of course, Liezel…

What I….

Life is extremely precious, live each day like there is no tomorrow, dance like no one is watching and no matter what anyone says what’s on the outside never counts!

Baking, being an aunt, a sister, a daughter,a friend… Nescafe, cupcakes, seeing other people being happy 🙂

50 Shades Of Grey LOL no really… I’m waiting for the movie, I also enjoy novels by Danielle steel, Stephen King & Nora Roberts.

To become a pediatric neuro-cardiologist soon, Travel through Europe by train and live in Canada for awhile. Oh oh and a Cat a big cat with lots of fur

Whatever falls out of my cupboard first, when I’m at home I’m usually in my trackpants and when I’m out a jeans will do.

At the moment… Nothing I love this saying “Its not happy people who are Thankful, its thankful people who are happy” kinda sums up how I feel about

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
