Fragrance File: Lady Emblem Elixir by Montblanc

Perfumery is a question of nuances, variations and subtlety… the way a scent smells on your first whiff can be completely different to the way it smells a few minutes… not to mention how differently a scent can smell when worn by different women!

The newest scent from Mont Blanc is an update on their magnificent Lady Emblem – a gorgeous new elixir: Lady Emblem Elixir by Montblanc

E·lix·ir NOUN

A magical potion
An elixir guaranteed to induce love

A preparation supposedly able to change metals into gold

This scent has been created for the sophisticated woman… one with an intense gaze and a desirable presence!

So, what has changed? What makes this new Lady Emblem Elixir different? Well, time has changed, and perhaps the mood of the wearer has become more determined, more passionate, more fearless?

This beautiful fragrance is full of floral notes, all underlined with wood.

At the forefront of this fragrance is the heady Damask rose, gathered from the high plateaus of Turkey. Following a green beginning, it diffuses into a wave of honey and spices. It is joined by the iris accord, which melts into a half-powdery, half-lychee accord. Orange blossom add sensual bitterness while a trail of vanilla, sandalwood and patchouli ensures enduring pleasure. Black peppercorn, strong, intense and intriguing, gives the composition a twist.

Now even the most irresistible of scents is nothing without a container worthy of display… and this beautiful jewel of a bottle is exactly that!

Adopting the 43-faceted cut of the Montblanc diamond, it is partially covered with a precious gold pink metallization and created to symbolize a flower. Luxury in a bottle!

“A symbol of love, reliability, purity and wealth, a diamond leaves no one unaffected“

So, who would this new scent suit?

A woman who defines femininity, one with extreme gracefulness, delicateness, style and elegance. The wearer is radiant but mysterious. Sound like you?

Well, you know which scent to sample next time you’re in the shops!
