What I…. Lauren from Glossary

This week I am so pleased to have Lauren from Glossary as my interviewee. She is a vintage addict from Durban whose blog showcases her amazing photography skills and passion for fashion.

Here are her answers to my “What I…” questions

What I…

The simplest things in life can do wonders for the soul. Puppy cuddles, a hot cuppa tea, bubble baths and rainy afternoons with a book – could do with all of those things right about now! Never stop chasing after your dreams and take care of your loved ones. I think Oprah would agree with that lot!

All the special people in my life. My job. London. That giddy feeling when you step onto a plan. The smell of freshly baked bread. Puppies tucked up in furry balls. And the snowman ginger biscuit I’m about to nibble!

Lula is my favourite magazine. And Adrian Mole is my literary hero!

To be watching a band in smoky London club, cooking eggs with my besties the next morning and then heading off to wander a vintage market.

Anything that takes my fancy! I’ve never been into labels (and I can’t really afford ‘em either, ahem) so I throw on everything from thrift store finds to chain-store basics.

To find a way to travel the world on my South African passport. Le sigh!

Thanks so much Lauren for taking part in this series and sharing a sneak peek into your life and loves…. it was such a pleasure to have you share my small space on the web. If only you were in the same town I would be so keen to spend a few hours learning the ropes from you about all your beautiful photo effects! To find out more about Lauren’s likes and loves pop over here.

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
