This week’s interviewee is Georgia from Love and Lollipops – she blogs about all things children! She loves “Mommy-made Toys and Games” and says it gives her great pleasure to create something new and fun for her children out of things around the house. She loves inspiring other Moms to play and create with their children. All her projects are really easy to do – nothing too complicated. And they all look amazing! I’m def keen to try some of these out as Christmas gifts for grannies or teachers! Check out her site for amazingly easy tutorials (or click the photo to go straight to the tutorial for that particular craft).

Here are her answers to my “What I…” questions!
What I…
Know
I need to hold onto the things of this world loosely and have an eternal perspective. Practically that means spending time in God’s presence and growing my faith, focusing on family and prioritising all relationships, serving where I see a need, and fishing…for men :). Do I get this right all the time…NO! But, with God’s grace I keep trying…it’s often a “lather, rinse, repeat” process.
Love
My family with all my heart (of course) and wonderful friendships far and wide. I also love red, donuts, cappuccinos , coffee shop dates with special girlfriends, pretty tea sets, polka dots, romantic comedy’s, vintage and children’s books, blogging, the internet, framed children’s art, flowers – oh dear this list could go on and on 🙂 !
Read
Lots of Christian authors, books about parenting and child-related topics, children’s books.
Want
More than anything…for my children to walk a faith-based walk and to know their Heavenly Father intimately. I want them to grow up knowing themselves, feeling good about who they are and having the confidence and social skills to take on the world positively.

Wear
Jeans, a t-shirt, a cardigan and sandals as much as possible! I feel good as well as comfortable in this.
Need
To be busy, keeping my mind active on a project of sorts. I need to be connecting with people and highly value friendships…as much as I love my own space and quiet time. I need to take photographs. I need to blog – it’s my outlet for my creative and playful pursuits with my boys!
Thanks so much Georgia for taking part in this weekly series – it’s such fun getting to “know” my fellow bloggers! Why not pop over to her blog and get some great creative ideas for things to do with your kids!
