Currently Coveting: Woolworths Summer 2015 Homeware Collection

Last week I stepped into Summer… no I didn’t jet off to sunny climes in the Northern Hemisphere, I just paid a visit to the press preview of the Woolworths Summer 2015 Homeware Collection!

It was such a beautiful event, I instantly regretted not having my SLR camera with me… there were gorgeous photo opportunities everywhere and the few Instagram pics I snapped really didn’t do the superb styling justice. My friend Lana was there just before me and got some amazing lifestyle pics so if you’d like to see some of the styling head over to her blog here.

But what I can do is highlight a few of my favourites from the upcoming collection! There was so much to love that I’ve had to work hard to select only a few. I can honestly say that the Woolies homeware team have outdone themselves this time. The bar has definitely been raised and I can’t wait to see all these stunners in store soon….

There is lots to look forward to from their beautiful brights range of outdoor accessories including beach towels and sophisticated plastic picnic crockery.

As usual Woolworths has a fab selection of scatter cushions – many with delicate embroidery detail.

A huge trend which is coming through is the colour rose gold. Look out for flashes of copper it in every department – from lounge to bedroom, dining and even kitchen – I’m in love with the cutlery set and their new pots & pan range in this hue!

A recent addition to Woolworths has been their Artisan collection and I’m super excited to see that they have extended the range to include an amazing array of ceramic dishes and jugs – many by local designers which is great news for all our talented South African artisans!

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for almost 7 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
