Currently Coveting: Jinger Jack Leather Handbags

Last week I attended an exclusive media preview of the new range from Jinger Jack – local leather handbag and accessories designer.

On seeing their offering I immediately fell in love! They have a lovely large selection of ladies leather handbags in a variety of exclusive designs and colours.

From functional to frivolous the designs are always beautiful and all bags feature metal hardware, leather details and their trademark turquoise cotton twill lining. Jinger Jack’s authentic look comes from using high quality top grain leathers in pull-up or natural milling. Corrected grain leathers are used for the more fashion orientated colours.

The company was founded in 2012 by Claire van Turenhout and has been flying ever since. Available in fashion boutiques, gift stores, lifestyle and online shops across South Africa and in selected outlets overseas, Jinger Jack is now near the very top of my covet list!!

Prices range from R250 for belts, R695 for wallets, R1095 for sling bags, R1490 for handbags and R2990 for travel bags.

Their latest campaign is based around the Safari theme and conveys an incredible African experience.

The word Safari originates from the Swahili language meaning ‘journey’.

Life is a journey meant to be traveled with an exquisite Jinger Jack handbag at your side! I hope my next trip includes one of these beauties!

She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
