Everyone loves a hot mug of tea or coffee in the morning before their day begins. Maybe you have yours in bed, or perhaps during your commute to work. Either way, you’ll be relieved to find out that these crucial morning beverages can actually be beneficial towards your wellbeing and health.

For example; white tea is found to obstruct the growth of new fat cells, whilst the green variety can actually reduce the risk of esophageal or lung cancer. Drink any tea too hot, though, and you’ll increase the risk of cancer.
