Behind the Scenes at the Skinny laMinx Studio

Two weeks ago I shared some pics of the latest collection by Skinny laMinx designer, Heather Moore, called Diggi Dot.

What I loved about the launch was the sneak peek behind the scenes into Heather’s creative space located above her little shop in Bree Street, Cape Town.

Visiting on a rather wet and wild day, her bright and beautiful studio space was just the place to forget the grey clouds outside and embrace the rainbow colours synonomous with Skinny laMinx.

It was a treat getting to see where Heather spends her time and how the Skinny laMinx products get conceptualised and created.

I loved her collections of books, the inspiration boards, the white walls and floors that make her colourful creations “pop” and the quirky curated still lives scattered around to inspire. I hope you will enjoy the photos below…

Kathryn is a South African lifestyle blogger and mom of 2 who has been blogging daily for over 9 years! She writes about travel, health, beauty, fashion, decor and family... but not food (unless it's food she's eaten made by someone else) as she is a hopeless cook. She only wakes up early for 2 things... a red-eye flight to somewhere exotic and early morning game drives. She has just finished an extensive home renovation and would prefer to never see another box again. She's never met a chocolate or glass of bubbles that she didn't like!
