Beauty Review: Calming Quartz Body Souffle & Hand Wash by Woolworths

Are you looking for a practical yet pretty Christmas present for someone? Woolworths’ Good Beauty Journey products like the Calming Quartz range have a great selection of items. Beauty Babe, Mareike, tested the Calming Quartz Body Souffle and Calming Quartz Hand Wash and thinks that this’ll make a great stocking filler for Christmas!

Body Souffle

This body lotion comes in three different colours and smells: the pink is Calming Quartz; the green is Purifying Matcha and the grey is Soothing Seaweed. I wasn’t disappointed with the packaging and design; it’s a large 200ml tub of delicious looking body lotion that I couldn’t wait to dip into to.

The smell is lovely – it feels like the perfect after-shower lotion that made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s formulated with detoxing and calming rose quartz extract and enhanced moisturising elements. Woolworths always does its best to be sustainable and the Calming Quartz Body Souffle is vegan-friendly, approved by Beauty Without Cruelty and uses sustainably sourced fragrance oil.

It’s also toxicology approved … so a win for those with sensitive skins!

Hand Wash

I’ve been wanting a new hand wash for a while – and one that doesn’t smell like Dettol! This hand wash also comes in three colours: Purifying Matcha, Soothing Seaweed and Calming Quartz. I love the design of the glass bottle and it gives my bathroom a little bit of a luxe touch. With its 240ml, it’s a size that’ll last in our household for a few weeks.

The smell of the hand wash is fragranced and a nice change from the one we had been using during the height of Covid. Formulated to be mild and gentle, it’s also vegan friendly and has been approved by Beauty Without Cruelty.

I think these two Calming Quartz products may become a staple in our household – although I’d also love to try the Soothing Seaweed range!
