Grootbos – Day 2

Last Monday I shared with you our first day at Grootbos Private Nature Reserve just outside Gansbaai in the Walker Bay area of the Overberg. Today I’m going to share my diary for Day 2. Read on…. On Saturday morning we were up bright and early to enjoy the breakfast spread – the usual cereals, fruit and yoghurt plus muffins, croissants, salmon, ham, cheese & biscuits (my 3 year old was particularly excited about the endless supply of savoury biscuits!) Timeless Travels – Pilansberg National Park

(there’s a lion in that pic somewhere!) One of my favourite holidays is time spent in the African Bush. Due to my location in Cape Town this is rather limited as the “bush” is located 1000′s of km’s away but I have managed to make a few visits and can’t wait to return.
