This week TIME magazine ran a cover picture that caused more than a small media frenzy! The controversial image was to do with the main article about the Attachment Parenting trend sweeping the States. It was called “Are you Mom enough?”. Top 10 tips for choosing a Playschool
So today was another FIRST in my little girl’s life. Her first day at playschool! I dropped her just before 9 and stayed for 30 mins slowly edging my way out the gate. She was a star. Didn’t cry or freak out (yet) I am fascinated to hear how it went the rest of the morning. Will have to wait til 11.30 before I find out. This morning I received the news from friends of ours who live in the UK that their baby daughter was delivered last night – at home by her dad!!! Can you imagine??? It is their second baby and often labour is faster than the first time but to not have enough time for the midwife to arrive or to get to a hospital – the thought sends me into a panic.
