I have another interview today for you in my “What I … ” series. This week’s interview is with lovely Capetonian blogger – Megan – she is a freelance designer and personal stylist and has a gorgeous blog called Dressed by Style. Here she shares her passion for all things beautiful and creative. A digital scrapbook of inspiration. I especially adore Megan’s beautiful photographs!

Know…..

I know that being creative on different levels keep me sane and inspired. And I know without a shadow of a doubt that if there’s rain falling anywhere in Cape Town, it will be in Newlands.

Love…..

My kind (and handsome) husband of 11 years, and the sound of my 2 hilarious and gregarious boys laughing are at the top of the list. Next Cape Town on a warm Spring/almost Summer’s day; Kirstenbosch Gardens; and holidays in Italy.

Read….

Cookbooks, armchair travel, autobiographies, historical fiction: I’m not too fussy, so long as it’s interesting and well written; and blogs, obviously!

Want….

A reliable memory which will never fail me when I’m desperately trying to recall someone’s name. After that, a Burberry trench; also reliable and ‘Burberry’ is a name I have no trouble remembering at all!

Wear….

Well-cut, stylish clothes, but not necessarily the latest fashion. I adore unique vintage finds and I love the femininity of a beautiful dress. I’m rather partial to mixing old with new, feminine with masculine, and have been known to wear a lot of stripes!

Need….

More patience: this I need in heaps! I also need a studio revamp, but this probably should fall into the want category!
